Use your password to log on to the website and complete an entry form for each project that will be submitted. 

Please double check the spelling of students’ names as these are the spellings that will be used on certificates.

Deadline for entering the details of each project on the website

Prior to Fair

Print an ID card for each exhibit and attach it to the exhibit. Inform students and parents about set-up times, interviews and removal of projects

Tuesday, September 2

Students to set up their exhibits and be interviewed by judges. Each school will be allocated a specific time for this. Please have your students ready with their ID cards, projects, log books and any items their exhibits need 5 minutes prior to this time

Wednesday, September 3 - Friday, September 5

The Fair will be open to the public from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, September 3 , 9am to 7pm on Thursday, September 4, and 9am to 3pm on Friday, September 5

Friday, September 5

Prizegiving: Friday, September 5 at 5pm at the Corinthian Conventions Centre (upstairs at the Invercargill Workingmen’s Club). Exhibits may be collected between 3pm and 5pm. Any remaining exhibits must be collected by 7pm. We have no facilities for storage of exhibits after the prizegiving
